2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Safe Bag Box website and the reservation of luggage lockers through safebagbox.com.

By booking a locker, the user fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3. Service Description

Safe Bag Box provides secure, automated luggage lockers available 24/7.

Reservations are made online for a selected time slot and locker size.
Access is granted via a unique personal access code.

4. Booking & Payment

• Reservations must be made online.

• Payment is required in advance.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• Safe Bag Box does not store any bank card or payment details.

5. Access to Lockers

• Access is granted using a personal code.

• The user is solely responsible for keeping this code confidential.

• Safe Bag Box shall not be held liable for any misuse of the access code by third parties.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal items

• Dangerous or hazardous materials

• Perishable goods

• Cash, jewelry, precious objects, travel documents, passports, or any item of exceptional value

Safe Bag Box reserves the right to open a locker only in case of emergency, security concern, or legal obligation, in accordance with applicable Moroccan law.

The user is solely and fully responsible for the contents of the locker throughout the entire duration of the reservation.
Safe Bag Box shall not be held liable for the nature, legality, condition, loss, or damage of any items stored in the locker.

7. Insurance – Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Insurance Coverage for Stored Goods

Safe Bag Box does not provide any insurance coverage for the items stored in its lockers.

Users acknowledge and accept that:

• Stored items are not insured by Safe Bag Box;

• No compensation will be provided in case of loss, theft, or damage to stored items, except in cases of proven gross negligence directly attributable to Safe Bag Box.

Users are strongly encouraged to rely on their personal travel insurance, if any.

7.2 Civil Liability Only

Safe Bag Box is covered only by civil liability insurance for its operational activity.

This insurance does not cover the contents of lockers and applies solely to:

• Bodily injury

• Material damage directly caused by Safe Bag Box in the course of its operations

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Safe Bag Box shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages;

• Liability is strictly limited to cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Video Surveillance

For security purposes, Safe Bag Box premises are monitored by video surveillance in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08.

Images are used exclusively for security purposes and are never used for commercial or marketing activities.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Force Majeure

Safe Bag Box shall not be held liable for service interruption or damage resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
